Four UPC Youth Council members are featured in a national video of the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA). The students attended the news conference announcing results of the 2012 Monitoring the Future survey Dec. 19 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The youth, invited by NIDA, were interviewed after the event for their reaction to the survey results.
